Well, here's my story, you decide for yourself if you'll come.

My family of four arrived at about 7:40 PM on a Friday, and were told we'd have a forty minute wait, sounds about right. We sit in the lounge for about that amount of time, while other groups arrive and get seated within minutes.

While sitting at the lounge, we heard the bartender say that the restaurant is never that busy, which raised a red flag in my mind, wondering if the staff is trained enough for that many people (most of the tables were full, but it didn't seem like the staff were tending to many of the clients).

By the time we're seated, it's close to 8:20, and the people who were seated already when we arrived still had not received food. A couple minutes later, someone broke a window outside, and none of the staff, not even the owner, patched it up or made any effort to do anything other than look at it. This could have posed a real danger to those in the vicinity.

Then, about five minutes later, my mother and the people sitting at the table next to us noticed a possum running on the corner, begging for food under a chair. Finally, after 20 minutes of being seated, we were offered water, which took another five to seven minutes to arrive, due to lack of glasses in the kitchen and bar. In that time, we witnessed the main chef come to serve a man his steak, and found that he cooked the wrong cut. The man was clearly very hungry at this point and took the steak anyway.

We then, after close to an hour, were offered to order drinks. My father ordered an Irish Mule, my mother a beer, and my sister and I fountain drinks. Ten minutes later, still sans-drink, my sister (age nine) began to fall asleep, which made my mother begin to worry, as we still hadn't even ordered food, so we left at 8:40, one hour later, twenty minutes before closing.

We still don't know when we would've been able to order food, and when we would have gotten it, if ever. My family will not be coming back.
