Normally I hate my hair after I get it cut because it never ends up looking like how I Invision it, but this is the first I've ever gotten a haircut I'm 100% happy with. They did an amazing job.

I came in here with my boyfriend so we could both get haircuts. My stylist, Sonia, was really nice. Talked me about what I can do with my hair to make it healthy again. Overall, very great experience with her.

After I got done with my haircut, my boyfriend was up next. While it's his turn, I'm looking at the product on the wall trying to pick something good for my hair. The manager, Jackie, was at the register and as she was walking away she told one of her stylists to keep an eye on me, that I don't leave without paying. Also as we were paying I noticed their prices jumped from $14 for a haircut to $17. I'd understand if this was a fancy upscale place but it's not, it's Supercuts. I asked how much a bang TRIM would cost me because it wasn't listed, receptionist told me it would still cost me $17 just for that.

I'm not stealing, I'm simply waiting for my boyfriend to be done, and in the meantime picking out a product for my hair. And Jackie, very rudely and just a tad bit too loudly tells her employee to make sure I don't run out without paying for my hair and product. Completely unprofessional and extremely rude. As a manager she shouldn't be saying that around paying customers. If her concern was that big, she should have pulled someone aside in private for that. That's not how you keep your customers.
